Indemnity Declaration

I hereby declare my intent to participate in the TechRun Third Edition.

I have read the Rules and Regulations and the terms and conditions of Entry and Participation and agree to participate on the understanding that I will adhere to all provisions stated therein for the event entered.

Acknowledgements

I understand the inherent risks of participating in this event, including but not limited to dehydration, injury, and exposure to vehicle traffic, even with regulation.

I confirm that I must be of appropriate fitness to participate in this event and have trained adequately.

I am physically fit and capable of participating in the Event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical practitioner.

Waiver of Liability

Myself and my legal representatives, waive all claims against any sponsors of the event, local authorities, contractors, officials, volunteers, and all other entities associated with the event for any illness, injury, death, or other claims arising from my participation.

Emergency Authorization

In case of injury or illness, I authorize event organizers to transport me to a medical facility and/or administer emergency treatment. I waive all claims related to such actions and agree to reimburse any incurred medical expenses.

Use of Personal Data

By agreeing to these terms, I consent to the use of my personal data (including contact information, images, videos) for legitimate purposes such as advertising, marketing products offered by the Organizer or sponsors, publishing race results, and archival purposes. I understand that my information may be shared with affiliates under strict conditions.

Group Participation

The terms apply to all members of a group on whose behalf I am signing.

If I have children under 18 participating in the Event, I will ensure they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Accuracy of Information

I declare that all information provided is true and correct. By electronically submitting this form, I confirm acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Compliance with Instructions

I agree to follow all instructions from race officials and medical teams.

Cheating Prohibition Clause

I commit to upholding principles of fair play and integrity throughout the event. Any violation may result in disqualification from current or future events.

Environmental Responsibility

I will respect the Venue by not littering or disturbing the natural environment.
