Important declaration for all TechRun 2025 Participants and Exhibitors

General Indemnity

By registering for TechRun 2025 as a Participant, Partner, or Exhibitor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this indemnity declaration. This protects TechRun 2025 organizers, sponsors, and partners from liabilities arising from your participation.

For Race Participants

I acknowledge that participating in the TechRun 2025 races (10km, 5km, or related activities) involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or accidents.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or damages I may sustain while participating in the event. I release and discharge the organizers, sponsors, and partners of TechRun 2025 from any liability, claims, or demands related to my participation.

I declare that I am physically fit, have trained sufficiently, and will abide by all race rules and safety instructions.

For Exhibitors & Partners

I acknowledge that as an Exhibitor or Partner at TechRun 2025, I am solely responsible for my exhibition booth, equipment, staff, and showcased products or services.

I indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of my exhibition activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, product liability, or intellectual property disputes.

I agree to comply with all event guidelines, venue safety standards, and intellectual property regulations.

By completing registration for TechRun 2025, I confirm that I have read and agreed to this Indemnity Declaration.
